A: Yes, please do. Save time by printing and filling out your forms and arriving with your completed paperwork.

Q: How do I choose a doctor who is right for me?
A: All of the doctors at Highland Springs Wellness Center are excellent and caring physicians. When you wish to visit, our receptionist will guide you to the best physician for your need.

Q: Can I get a copy of my medical records?
A: You are entitled to request a copy of your medical records and we are happy to oblige your requests. Please call us or use the contact form for your request.

A: Our hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Wednesday and from 9am to 3pm on Thursday and Friday.
